Accessorized Mason Jar
Supplies: 1 mason jar
fishing line
paint chips (of whatever color scheme one
desires)
stencil/round object to trace
scissors
(and, if you're like me, double-sided tape in case
the paint chips are too light to keep the fishing
line taut)
needle/paper clip/safety pin
Directions: 1. Trace desired shape onto paint chips, cut out
designs.
2. Using needle/paper clip/safety pin, poke two
holes in the upper region of the cut out design.
3. String fishing line through the holes, making
sure that there's enough line, and enough
designs, to cover desired portion of the mason
jar.
4. Once done, string the desired amount, either
tying the fishing line around the jar and
fastening with a knot, or apply double-sided
tape around the portion of the jar to be
accessorized and press designs securely to
the tape.
5. Place your jar somewhere that it can be
admired and fill it with fun items!
